We were invited to display at the Staniland Marina again as part of this years Thorne 1940s
weekend.
There were a few new groups displaying with us this year including the battle pipes folks with their magnificent bagpipes.
Again, not many punters visiting the Marina as it is a fair way out of town, even with a free vintage bus laid on.
Nevertheless we made sure the Marina Bar and the local cafe had some good takings over the weekend.
It was the first major run out in my 1942 Canadian RHD Dodge D15 GS. and we found a few leaky
vulnerabilities - the oil pressure pipe and rear axle seals dropped a fine combination of oils on arrival. After cleaning up, and a few
field repairs it made it back to Bradford!
Vehicles - Debbie's 1943 WC54, Steve's 1947 Dodge Sedan, Simon's 1942 D15, Richard's 1943 GMC workshop.
