My first Jeep, an M201, was purchased in April
2005. For three years it remained in standard olive drab colours, finished in
the US 8th Air Force, 100th Bombardment Group markings. In 2008, it was
converted to an airfield Follow Me vehicle, opening up a number of interesting
photo opportunities, some of which can be see further down this page.
During 2019, I made some Ordnance Depot magnetic markings for a photoshoot at
Boldon Camp. The Jeep stayed in these markings for the Beamish 1940's event.
At the end of the 2019 season, yet another set of magnetic markings were made
with the remains of the plastic. This time an Airbase Medical Unit vehicle. I've
now got various different looks for the Jeep depending on the type of event I
attend.
New for 2018 were some magnetic plastic RAF markings for the RAF 100th Anniversary celebrations.
